How: 30k running, 27k hiking

Comments: Was a pretty reasonable week, had an extra day off in the middle due to increased work load. 

Hiking gave me a mix of hills as well as carrying a small backpack.

The running was nice and relaxed, had a slight issue on Saturday but it didn’t reoccur on Sundays hike.

Have increased my recovery stretching and foam rolling to ensure it doesn’t become a problem.

Legs are feeling a bit fatigued on Monday after the busy weekend, mostly in the calf and quad area due to not doing many hill walks in the past few months.
