This week has been a bit of a disappointment as I caught a pretty nasty virus on Thursday and am still struggling with it. This has put me out of action for at least 5 days. But I’m hoping it will pass soon and the training can continue.

Tuesday’s run was a nice slow recovery run. While Wednesday held a good tempo 8k. Looking forward to finding somewhere I can do some hill running as well
